ABOUT BT FITNESS COACHING

Science Based Fitness

Here at BT Fitness Coaching we pride ourselves on our knowledge and expertise. Everything we do is backed up by current scientific evidence so that we can ensure we are providing accurate and educational information. The creator of BT Fitness Coaching and head coach is Ben Tracey, who has a first class honour's degree in sports and exercise science. He is a level 3 personal trainer who specialises in strength and conditioning.

We deliver our high quality training sessions out of our High Performance Training Centre, which is located within the MEL Group Stadium. We have state of the art facilities and training equipment, which has been designed with performance in mind.

MOBILITY AND REHABILITATION

Reduce Pain and Improve your Movement

Post injury recovery is important to allow regular movement patterns to take shape again. There is no reason to allow an old injury to stop you from doing what you love. Improved mobility means less stiffness, less pain and more range of motion.

MEET THE COACHES

We have a selection of qualified, friendly coaches who offer 1-2-1 coaching sessions starting from £30 as well as paired or small group coaching sessions starting from £15.

BEN TRACEY

Ben is a Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer with a BSc First Class Hons Sports and Exercise Science degree, qualified strength and conditioning coach. He has been working in the sport and fitness sector for over 8 years, coaching both semi-professional and professional athletes. His passion is to make the most scientific approach accessible to all to help them achieve their goals.

CONNOR WILDE

Connor has been training and working alongside Ben for 4 years, having a long history of sports including running for Babergh County, swimming for Sudbury storms and football with a passion for all things fitness. He has personally been training in bodybuilding and powerlifting for 5 years and competing in powerlifting.

SAMANTHA BULL

Sam is a Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer, who since 2020 has been running bootcamps covering all areas of fitness using a variety of techniques to encompass all different interests and ability levels.
